Brůha± je architektonický a projekční atelier založený Ing.arch. Janem Brůhou. Působím v oblasti architektury, urbanismu a stavebnictví. Věřím, že dokonalá architektura podporuje dokonalý a šťastný život, i zdánlivé detaily mají spojitost, vše má být v rovnováze a méně je více. Cestuji po celém světě, nechávám se inspirovat poznáváním zajímavých lidí, cizích kultur a zvyků. Rád se potom dívám na věci z jiných úhlů a bez předsudků. Tvořím architekturu znalou tradice, ale s inovativním nadhledem s důrazem na logiku a stavební detail. Metodika mé práce se mění podle charakteru problému a požadavků zadavatele, kdy návrh je řešen na míru každé osobnosti. Věřím v harmonii dům-obyvatel-místo. Pracuji na projektech od low-budget interiérů až po urbanistické studie. Rád navrhuji rodinné domy a překopávam staré. Hledám dokonalou dispozici, jednoduchost a nadčasovou krásu. Mám rad skutečné materiály a přesné detaily.

Brůha± is an architectural and design studio founded by Jan Brůha. I work in the field of architecture, urban planning and construction. I believe that the perfect architecture supports perfect and happy life, every detail has to do with something else, everything has to be in balance and less is more. I travel all over the world, I inspire discovering interesting people, foreign cultures and manners. Then I look at things from different views and without prejudice. I create architecture knowledgeable tradition but with innovative insight with an emphasis on logic and structural detail. Methodology of my work varies according to the ethos of the problem and the client’s requirements. The proposal is designed to fit each personality. I believe in harmony house-resident-spirit of a place. I work on projects ranging from low-budget interiors to urban studies. I like to design houses and reshape old ones. I’m looking for the perfect layout of the house, simplicity and timeless beauty. I like real materials and precise details.
